Avatar f tn baby to workout. Nothing crazy-walk or get a prenatal workout DVD (can find on Amazon). When you have the baby you ONLY loose 15-20 lbs everything after that is Ur weight not baby. But staying healthy when prego will make loosing weight post baby easier. After baby don't do crash diets especially if nursing. It takes time. Eat rt & walk. Wait 6 wks before starting a excersise routine & nursing does help burn calories.
Avatar n tn Hi, The other day I was in the gym and was trying to push out another rep, and I suddenly felt this stabbing pain in the back of my head. I stopped, but it continued to hurt for about another 15 minutes. I finished my workout and the next day felt the same stabbing pain when I lifted anything heavy. Later on after the workout I have been having dull headaches as well. The pain is quite extreme and I can barely work out.

For food, we had a taco stand that served quesadillas, tacos, beans, rice, and fruit. I really loved that I planned it the way I wanted it and I was very nice.

I eat only healthy food, and I workout all the time, so why can't I lose any weight? It's like I physically just cannot do it. I didn't gain any muscle, because my clothes don't fit any differently. I'll be very interested in how your levels of mag turn out. I should get mine checked out. I'm taking Natural Calm mag with calcium and my heart is pretty calm. I had SVT and just had an ablation in June that got rid of it. Now I have PACs which are a little annoying but I can't complain compared to how others suffer.

Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.
