Hello, I play football in highschool, and have been playing football
for 5 years now. My problem is, even though ive been working out for 5 years, I am extremelly out of shape. I have increased my stamina ever so slightlly over these years. I am barelley over wieght, yet I still am in the back, running with the 300 pound guys. I am even active outside of football practice, playing football with my freinds, and walking around my block often.
