Avatar f tn I really recommend pregnancy yoga in your 2nd and 3rd trimester, before that aqua aerobics, swimming, normal yoga and Pilates, gym workout, light jog, stationary bike and cross trainer, anything really as long as you are feeling well and comfortable doing it.

Avatar f tn As for me I took a wonderful hot shower, sat in the lounge, watched TV and tried to style my new hair cut. That was enough workout for me. I had a good time, and I really needed it. One of these days I may even attempt a more traditional workout.
Avatar n tn ve been seeing a trainer and he says the best way to lose body fat is to walk at an incline (like 13) and at a pace of 2.9 he says try to do this 4-5x a week for at least 30 min ( I aim for 45 min) we also do weights 2-3x a week as we'll. and of course we all know watching what we eat which is the hardest for me, I train so hard then come home and eat crap and it pretty much wipes out my entire workout!

Avatar f tn t depend if you do your exercise to full or to empty stomach, just do the one which is better for you. I like to eat one banana before I go for a run. And you need to run like for 30minutes per day 6 times per week. So you can have one rest day. And after running do some push ups, pull ups, abbs and squats! That will help you:) and remember to eat healthy, your condition and weight losing depends a lot about what you eat. So eat good fats (avocado, nuts) and proteins! Don't eat much carbs.
Avatar n tn Are you lifting heavy? That's what is really going to torch fat. I dedicate a certain day for a body part. I'll lift accordingly for 45 mins-1 hour and then cool down with 10-30 mins of sprints. I also have 1 or 2 endurance days where I run distance for an hour or so. You need to mix up your workouts weekly, otherwise your body gets used to them. Also, diet is more important than exercise. You can't outrun poor nutrition. CARB UP!
7290973 tn?1403777469 Lucky!!! I'm from Alaska and we didn't even have snow on Christmas! :\ We got to bring our daughter out only 2 times this winter to play in it. We also couldn't go ride our four wheelers after Christmas dinner because there was no snow.
Avatar f tn Im 22 wks and I've stopped all my zumba classes (the only thing I truly miss) but I try as much as I can to do light weights and use my treadmill as much as possible but some days I can sprint for a hr and sometimes I can't even make it 30 min! So just do what feels rite! Ur body will tell u when it's enough! Congrats!

Avatar f tn Lots of walking and a lot of yoga! There's videos for exercises for first trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd. You could also check with your doctor to see what works best for you and just a heads up if you start doing this early in your pregnancy it shouldn't be hard as you get bigger! Good luck!
