t depend if you do your exercise to full or to empty stomach, just do the one which is better
for you. I like to eat one banana before I go
for a run. And you need to run like for 30minutes per day 6 times per week. So you can have one rest day. And after running do some push ups, pull ups, abbs and squats! That will help you:) and remember to eat healthy, your condition and weight losing depends a lot about what you eat. So eat good fats (avocado, nuts) and proteins! Don't eat much carbs.
