I used to run, do kettle bell, etc but I slowed it down bcuz I took 16 wks off. Now I walk (2-3 miles), each am I do a home prenatal
workout DVD & yoga. It's actually very important to work out while prego-it will keep Ur energy up, you'll have less aches & pains, sleep better, makes delivery faster, keeps unwanted weight off & you'll bounce back to Ur prepregnacy weight much faster.
