on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I currently go to my local rec center to
workout. My workouts there consist of running alternating
with walking on the treadmill. (Gotta be ready for the upcoming race season). I am not about super bursts of speed, but rather distance, so I never leave before completing at least a 5K (3.1 miles) while I am there, although I am currently inching toward the 4 mile mark.
