Without enough bile soup, the fat wraps around the food waste, giving your intestines a hard time to absorb and move them around. I wake up in the
middle of the
night because of this and wake up in the morning
extremely thirsty and tired.
I found to work around this, you need to eat low fat, and take vitamin supplements such as Centrum. After 3 days you can feel better.
If not, look into Celiac Sprue and stay on a gluten free diet for a few days.
