Now I did follow it but it was just so hard. I have lost like 2 inches in less than a week and about 3 pounds after the first loss and gain. So I am off to a good start. I want to eat the carbs even when I am full from the veggies and chicken. I have no problem with the soda I don't feel like I want it at all.

I really don't have much to offer for fast weight loss because I have found that the methods to do that are generally not the healthiest. So, I'd focus on clean eating and cardio/strength combination. And just do a lot of it. You'll be running a lot, so I'd do some long runs.

Avatar f tn I love the fact that I am losing weight, but not knowing how I am losing it causes some concerns. I also get extreme diarreah where it is just liquid. This can last from a few hours to a couple days. I dont know if any of these are connected, or if there is anything I should be doing to try and fix all of this. Hopefully someone will have advice or some kind of test I can specifically ask my doctor to run.

Avatar m tn your body is so used to a certain amount now that lowering your dose is throwing your body off. that is why you are having some anxiety because your body is not sure what is going on. there isnt much you can do about the anxiety but maybe talk to your doctor and see if they cant give you something for that. you may not look at yourself as an addict because you are taking your meds that are prescribed to you and how you are suppose to but now your body is addicted to them.
