white skin bumps

Every summer after I get a slight tan I get these white little bumps lighter than my current skin color as well as a little rough. It doesn't itch at all. Not sure what I should use or if it is a fungus from the sun, I use sunscreen and can't seem to figure it out. Usually it is just around my stomach and mid back. Any thoughts?

Lately i have been getting what looks like white heads mixed in with the other bumps and they do have white stuff that comes out of them of i pop them. Is that normal? is there anything i can do to treat it? i hate how my arms feel and done like anyone to touch them. I feel like i have acne on my arms, i have never had pimples or acne on my face, so this is annoying to me. any help?

they are round and have little white bumps that form a circle and fade out toward the outer edges of the skin. After a while it becomes very lite almost white colored is does not spread much and does not itch any. It is never red or scaley or oozing or anything like that. You can almost not even notice. but it bothers me very much because i notice it everyday. we have tried many ointments but nothing works. could somebody please tell me what it is.

herpes won't stay under the skin. they also will either itch a lot or be painful. pearly papules and fordyce spots are very common as well as our skin isn't smooth at all.

I do not know when I recieved it but a couple days ago I noticed I had painless tiny white spot near my pubic area but on penis one looked like a whitehead so I bust it and small white puss came out but it never hurts nor iches, I do shave occasionally so I don't know if that would be the problem. i have a relatively large amount of white bumps on my scrotum, they range from very small to the size of a large pimple. they are painless and feel pretty solid. im 16 years old and a virgin. ive had these bumps basically since i can remember ( probably puberty ). i have received physicals by my pediatrician every year for sports purposes and he has never even mentioned them, though i know he sees them.

The skin tends to feel quite rough and inflammed with lots of tiny bumps which look white when you stretch the skin out. Though that is just an idea, the only way to tell is to get checked.
