However, in this there’s no whitish discharge in urine. That could be due to an STD or a urinary tract infection. I would request you to get your urine/whitish discharge examined and consult a urologist. I am sure CT scan is also going to help in making the diagnosis.

It sounds like a possible yeast infection. You could also have a urinary tract infection on top of that. Get in to see your Dr because if it's both or either of these you will need treatment.
However a day later I noticed a weird sensation at the tip of my penis with a slight discharge and minor urinary pain. also an ingrown hair appeared where I had the irritation. I know it was an ingrown hair because it had a white head and obvious black hair in the middle and when it popped it released pus and blood. its still there however and hurts, but is the only thing I notice on the skin of my penis. I went to get tested about a week ago.
If the discharge is coming from your urethra when you pee, then this is a severe form of a urinary tract infection with the possibility of kidney stones.

Hi. I've been having loads of thick white discharge. It will disappear for a day or two and then come back. My doctor is convinced I dont have one. Do they think it is related to your urinary tract or reproductive tract? The discharge colors make me think that it is reproductive tract related. It sounds like you have had the full court press checking you out and haven't found any of the usual causes. What about trich?
