It sounds like a yeast infection to me. I really wouldn't be worried about an STD since you were just checked out. I would get an over the counter yeast infection kit for 3 days, the ones that last only 1 day don't seem to really help. That is what you can do on your own. On the other hand, its always best to get a professional to look at you. However, I can almost bet it will be a yeast infection and they will give you a pill or two and it should go away within a few days at most.

I Had small amout discomfort at tip of penis and some white discharge. I was given doxycline for 7 days 100mg. I also took 100mg azithromycin. After 2 weeks which seems like everything went away and no sexual contact. I started to have some slight discomfort again and my doctor put me on cipro 500mg twice a day for seven days. Hi what your describing are not std symptoms and also what your describing is very low risk anyway. Symptoms would be white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating or genital blisters that would appear about 2 weeks later. Test only if you have a long term partner.
