If it occurs before your period then it is normal. One thing I noticed that was happening to me was the deodorant in my pantyliners was contributing to the itching. So, I use only unscented now. The itching isn't as severe. Also, right before a woman begins her period, she gets a white to yellowish discharge, which is also normal. This can also itch some. If there is a smell associated with the discharge, then you do have a yeast infection.

m 4 days late and the day my period was supposed to come i had period pains but just been seeing white discharge yesterday and the day before i felt i started my period then i run to the bathroom and nothing help should i be concerned?

hey there, the discharge is nothing to worry about, it is normal for tthis to appear both before your period and when you are in early pregnancy. I have heard of alot of women that have indeed been pregnant say that they had alot of milky no smell discharge before they got their BFP.

White discharge is a sign of pregnancy. Before I found out I was pregnant I had white discharge, sore boobs, & I was spotting. Try taking a home pregnancy test.

As you are in different days of your cycle, your vaginal fluids change as well. I wouldn't be worried. Take a pregnancy test if you are worried.

I had brown discharge for 5 days before my last period...I had a normal period. It came when it was souppose to and lasted the usual length. The brown discharge was kinda heavy and very dark. Clearish-whitish CM that has a stretchy egg-white consistancy is a sign of ovulation. If you're last period was 1/27, you're probably nearing ovulation. Not sure about the spotting you recently had... but if you're ttc I'd say now's the time to start! Best wishes to you.

foul, very noticeable smell which indicates a bacterial infection or BV. Discharge is not a pregnancy symptom. Talk to your doctor or increase your counseling to help with irrational fear.

It is also normal to have this increase in discharge before your period. In pregnany the discharge is referred to as leukorrhea. As long as there is no unpleasant odor you should be fine.
