Avatar f tn I too would always use condoms. Many people don't like them but I think that until you are ready for children it is the best method to use on top of using some other form.
Avatar n tn Is there a particular type of doctor that I should see? I want someone who is willing to look at all of my symptoms. (I understand a neurologist can't help with an ASD or leaky heart valves, but what about the svt?) Also, any clue as to what is wrong with me?
Avatar m tn A best non-slip yoga mat is a specialized type of yoga mat designed to provide a grippy surface that helps prevent slips and falls during yoga practice. These mats are typically made from materials like natural rubber, polyurethane, or microfiber, which provide excellent traction and grip. Why is a non-slip yoga mat important? When practicing yoga, it's essential to have a stable and secure surface to help prevent injuries and support proper alignment.

If you are not in a major metro area you likely won't find a class for it. I do find going to a class is key for me, as much as I try to do it at home I'm just not as focused. There are books about it, you can youtube it.
Avatar n tn I had a test program whereby I could try out three different meters for a couple of months to see which I liked best. Perhaps there is a group that does the same in your area. Don't be afraid to contact each of the different companies about trying things out. It may not be offered, but keep in mind that in addition to the $5000 or so price of the pump, you will be spending another $1500 a year in pump supplies. Companies want your business. Don't be afraid to negotiate with them.
Avatar f tn I would like to stop using glasses most of the time. Can you help me to figure out if a combo would be best for me. My Opth only uses Crystalens but I am going for another consultation and would love to have more information. I have been reading on this site so many horor stories that I am getting cold feet. I wish those that have had good results would ost more but human nature is to complain and not praise . That is so sad. I would be so grateful for some direction.
Avatar f tn s, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, group therapy, THERES TO MUCH TO CHOSE FROM, it gets confusing, makes me not want to try and just take another pill and carry on with my day. Avatar m tn There is nothing in the body which will remove plaque, so how diet can help is beyond me. The only hope of actually removing CAD is if they develop some kind of chemical which can safely be injected and breaks down the molecular bonds of raw fat and calcified plaque. A bit like having a kettle and pan cleaner in your blood. Diet certainly can help to prevent further disease, but ensuring your arteries have the correct levels of nutrients etc to keep them strong and supple.
5544493 tn?1369608788 Well, as thatquietgirl said, it really depends on the individual. Part of it also depends on whether you're BP I or II, and whether your main problems are depression, mania, or a lot of both, and whether you have psychosis in the mix. Lamotrigine and carbamazepine are generics, for the record, and Abilify and Seroquel are still under patent and so there aren't any generics yet.
698356 tn?1240150727 m not sure who would be best for you, but for me, my neurologist is looking into everything, so much so that my primary is very confident with him finding out what is wrong! I'm sure others will post soon!
1763313 tn?1313878457 ve had these bad anxiety problems.. About .. Almost a year. I just hate been foggy all the time. Which type of therapy worked best for you? I would rather have no medication but I have no idea what entails going to a psychiatrist or whatever he is. Do we just talk or do they do stuff that actually helps?
Avatar n tn I agree with both of the above posts. You might consider having one eye set for distance vision and the other for intermediate. With this type of correction, you'd probably only need glasses for reading small print. By contrast, if both eyes were set for good distance vision, everything within arm's length would be pretty blurry without correction.
139792 tn?1498585650 The true purpose of Yoga for emotional healing is not only the release of negative emotions, but also the heightening of the conscious state of mind. In this sense, all suffering carries within itself the seeds of happiness.
Avatar f tn If anyone knows of a good doctor in the Panama City, FL area that treats (or tries to treat) CAEBV, please let me know. Also, what kind of doctor is the best and is more likely to believe in this disease-although it is already a proven disease...
