to me it would be a good idea because then when you miss that birth you could always remember it and watch what you have achieved and what you and your boyfriend gone through together=). and thats a plus that your boyfriend wants a video of it because most men dont so that really rare that he wants one but thats awesome.

Hi, have you tried pelvic floor exercises, this can help as it tightens the muscles, you could try it when you are have are having sex aswell, you will have to do these about 8 times a day and could take serveral weeks for you to notice any difference..

The going through labor part really does such but when the time comes to push all the pain went away for me and just felt the urge to start pushing. But i will tell you this.
