This summer i did have to reach out and talk about what was going on with my daughter. My love of music just didnt get me where i needed to be. I have a great support system in place with my recovery so i know what i need to do during the critical times but the music is still on and blaring!!

Avatar f tn I gave up trying to fit into maternity clothes. Only maternity tights have worked for me as far as bottoms. Im so sick of not getting to wear "flattering" clothes because nothing fits me right. Soon I get to go back to normal clothes!
Avatar f tn I ended up just getting some capri style yoga pants that are a couple sizes up, never owned yoga pants before. And a few longer length knit blouses. I am quite the bargain hunter and the maternity yoga pants were $30, the regular style was on clearance for $5. I also bought a pair on jeans that are really stretchy and fit ok. I bought it all a couple of weeks ago, I am 23 weeks now.
Avatar f tn thanks for the reply, that's so true about many folks who don't even try get pregnant so easily. just doesn't seem fair. And I agree that yes, we can do everything humanly possible TTC, but in the end it's not up to us. I truly believe life is a gift. I have no idea what the cosmic plan is for me, but I'm doing my best to keep that door open and am hoping somehow, someway it will happen. Have a great weekend and thanks for the info about the dhea!

Do some breathing exercises to increase blood circulation in the groin area. Both of you can anal peripheral prostate massage to stimulate sexual system.

The dr that did it told me that my nerves are fine, but when he tested the muscles in my left leg, he said that there is some crackling. When he does the test, you shouldn't hear anything but when he did mine, you hear the crackling. He didn't say anything else, other than more blood work needed to be done. What could it mean?
Avatar n tn Your situation isn't hopeless at all. It's just going to take some time. That is great news to hear that you'll be going to PT! Any good ortho doc would insist on at least trying a few weeks of PT before heading to the operating room - unless an MRI or other imaging study showed something very wrong. As enthusiastic as you are, I'll bet you'll be doing better sooner than you might think. Just don't overdo it! Yep, you figured out your own problem.
Avatar n tn It's a great addition. Yoga tends to be more mussel building and toning your body, when working out to loose weight you need a good combination of cardio and body toning. I love doing Yoga and it's very helpful to me, but if I didn't walk/run on a treadmill I wouldn't have lost any weight.

I have the same problem and I weigh about 20 pounds more than you on a normal day without being preggers. Check with Motherhood. I know they have some really nice and adorable stuff that you should be able to find to fit. At most, try them on and maybe you could just hem them up a bit. That is what I have had to do with most my stuff.

Your current FT4 is quite low in the range (unfortunately, the first tests were for total T3 and T4, so we can't really draw any conclusions about changes). It's at 19%, and 50% is the target for FT4 (where many of us have to be to relieve symptoms). On the other hand, your FT3 looks good.

Also doing this together with feldekrais (one to one), personcentered/remidial pilates and homeopathy is my cure for treating it. Personally I find yoga increases my pressure/pain since it's alot upside down-wich makes me worse- however that's just my personal experience.

However, if there is some problem like sleep apnea, or emotional/chemical problems special devices or prescription medication may be in order.
