There are some people who do have permanent damage. It
is recommended not to take any supplement of
vitamin B6, if you are toxic, and try not to eat large amounts of foods high in vitamin B6 at meals for 6 months. After 6 months I suggest you only get Vitamin B6 from your food sources (no greater then 100mg a day) and not from supplementation. The Food sources with lowest amounts are: Peaches, Milk, Peas, Carrots, Ground Beef, Brown Rice, Soybeans, Avocado, Banana, and Turkey.
