From what I understand, plaque can begin to accumulate from childhood. As a child, I was spoiled through treats and dining out. Being from the south our diners were cooked by the motto that gravy and bacon made everything taste better.
What can be done to reverse plague that has build up for 30 something years? Other than exercise and diet, is there any kind of treatment, medication, "super-food" (the fad of the day it seems) that will do the trick?

Cenestin 4.5 mg per day...hor hormone replacment

Should I continue taking 120 mg of the Armour per day or cut back to
60 mg. and then retest again in about 5 weeks?
I am going to get the Ft3 & Ft4 test done today.....so do I just wait
until I get those results back?
NP's and most Doctors just don't under stand thyroid meds....so I

there is no best medication for the condition you described. And medication has to fit the whole picture about the person and that can only be done through a consultation with a well-qualified psychiatrist.
There is Clonazepam. Also known as Klonopin. Which is an anxiety med. My question is what has your question got to do with anxiety? I'm a little bit confused. You can also check out the forum that deals with medication here on MedHelp. Just click on the list of forums. You will see it listed.
Give the medication at least 2 weeks and see if the response is good. If this is a fungal infection, antifungal and corticosteroid creams may be able to help.
Is the spot itchy?
Is there any scaling present?
Any associated white lines and redness in the nearby area?
Observe if the rash is enlarging. Also, fungal infections may present with itchiness and there may be a well defined reddish border delineating it from surrounding normal skin.
It will appear to get worse as the medication is withdrawn. If you have this diagnosis make sure not to take any other medications than cause tardive dyskinesia or worsen it. Speak to your doctor about that and for more information in the meantime google "Patient Education Tardive Dyskinesia". Its good that you are still enjoying life and excercising. Tardive dyskinesia is not reversible but is treatable. Klonopin is helpful on tardive dyskinesia. I take it as well.
I don't know if your medication is causing it, but I can tell from your previouis post and this on that you are having a terrible time. I will try to be brief since I am a little preoccupied at this time, so forgive me if I sound brusque.

Did the doctor prescribe any medication for you to take? Also do you take Aspirin? From my own experience, I started Verapamil after nearly a week. I felt my upper right tummy pain so I saw the GP.
