Like Santan I can't really diagnose but I can give my input. Something I think it may be is that you are actually ovulating or have ovulated. The cycle I got pregnant I got ovulation bleeding and if you are cramping then that could be what it is. Keep your eye out and if you don't see anything for a couple weeks then you could maybe test. how long until it was nociable (he faint line) if you noticed it within the 10mins then its a postive.

I've had many optic neuritis-like symptoms on and off for a few years, but have never been diagnosed with it. In the past several months I've had blurry, double vision and dimming of vision. I also have nystagmus that comes and goes. The dimming of vision happened when I had the flu and last summer when I was out in the heat or hot car. I also have another very odd symptom that I've had for about 9 months on and off.
