I had a relatively risky (protected vaginal, protected anal, unprotected oral sex) sexual encounter close to eight weeks ago. A couple days later, I felt a burning in the area of my urethra just behind my intreameatus -- and my intrameatus as well. Additionally, the area around the urethral opening of my penis was red.
The redness and burning lessens when I do not ejaculate (up to now, this has been limited to masturbation). It increases immediately after I ejaculate.
It hasn’t stopped (though most of the time it seems to have slowed). How long does it take for my hair to stop falling out from this?
STD doc looks at it and says not Herpes, almost looks like a large penile papule but within 48 hours it starts to heal and looks like what could be a healing herpes sore or syphillis chancre. Never any liquids in it and not a typical herpes lesion. almost gone after 4 weeks. Not itchy or sore.
Day approx 75 go to URO for rectal exam and have high WBC in prostatic fluid so put on Bactrim DS for prostatis.
