I would probably just watch him. What I see in the picture looks a lot like what Gabe gets every winter. He gets these warm, bright red dryish looking patches on both cheeks and they just seem to stay there. They don't bother him and the only thing I've found that helps is this stuff called "Baby Kisses". Now most of my kids have had eczema issues of one sort or another so as trying43 said that could be it as well. With the dry winter weather it will make it act up more.

Thank you for the response. She has had an allergy test. When She first started getting this, is was late spring early summer of last year. I thought maybe it was the grass, or the house, or something. Her allergy tests came back normal, and the doctor referred her to dermatologist. Her dermatologist said it was exema, with the hives??? But she can't be on this forever with no improvement.

I know i post allot of questions but, does your skin get really itchy especially during the winter? I'm only going to be 12 weeks but I'm a ftm and idk what to put on it. I have exema and I'm allergic to aloe Vera so, not allot of options. Any recommendations as what to use?
