How do you give the best answer if your on an iPad? Medhelp did it automaticlly for me once.

Just noticed that the notes I type in on the Sleep iPad app do not sync at all to MedHelp. So the answer appears to be "don't enter notes on the iPad Sleep app". This is yet another complaint I have with the Sleep iPad app. It does to appear to be rather primitive and less than useful. The other complaint I had about it (a couple of days ago) is that there is no way to correct past days entries. For example, what happens if you "forget" a day?

Mel CW is looking for those that use a ap with the ipad for logging or recording medical records.,....I know what they r , do not have the first notion as to how to get one or use one....

When I hit the weekly macro and micro reports I get a blank page with the category headings but no results. I am using an iPad to keep track. Not sure what the problem is. I copied the page below to show what does appear. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Thanks for the help. I'm definitely leaning towards the Ipad for me. I'm not sure why my daughter says it won't work for her. But I think the lowest price version is $499. Knowing it will work for many years without any problems with viruses makes me think it's worth it. If my daughter really wants to go with a new MacBook, she's going to have to wait a bit. I just can't pay over a grand right now.

It's a website can of worms. They got rid of them for reasons unknown a few months ago.

I wanted to know how u access this site...some may use an Ipad, or Iphone....some a desk top or laptop.....were u aware that the site looks different if u access it with the ipad or phone? There is soooooo many features MedHelp has to offer and it is hard to know how to explain things bcuz I never know how many have a limited view of the forum.

Hi, Mark -- No problem at all! All of the syncing is done from your iPad - it's a two-way thing. So, after you update anything here at MedHelp, go to your iPad and click the sync button. (Be sure that you're logged into MedHelp via the iPad App too.) If you're logged into MedHelp via your My Diet Diary app before you sync, of the data you just entered in your MedHelp tracker should now show up. Hope this helps!
