About two months ago I started getting some burning/pain in my upper middle stomach. Over the next week it turned into adding bloating and pretty bad gas pains, constant belching, and slight pains in the ribs. The pain isn’t excruciating but it’s just there enough to be all I think about. The gas and bloating is infuriating. I went to my doc and she started me on Pepcid ac. It seemed to help for about a week then stopped helping.
The past few months I've had more and more lower stomach cramps\pains. Its right at the belt line, sensitive to touch also. I've noticed if I go without eating I don't have any stomach issues or pains, I was recently on omeprezole for supposed stomach acid, which did nothing. I continue to have pain and have now stopped taking it.
My stool has gone from regular solid to now waking up in the morning and 45 minutes in running to the bathroom hoping I don't miss the toilet.

Yes, I have been to Gastroenterologist around in month of Jan 2020, At that time I had problem of Gas , Bloating and Discomfort in Stomach. He recommended me "Align" Probiotic and Low FODMAP diet. And after that till three months I was fine but now since May 2020 , I am facing issue of cramps , bloating , gas , sometimes (upper abdominal minor pain or discomfort).
At the beginning I was feeling discomfort and bloating which later turned into pain, nausea and diarrhea. On Tuesday the pain became excruciating and it radiated to my stomach, making my nausea even worse. In the evening my stomach symptoms bettered but the instetinal pain continued. It felt sometimes colicky and sometimes persistent and I had so much gas but it was difficult for me to pass it (though I had mild diarrhea 3-4 times).
The problems cured for some time but then several problems like Gastric, Acidity, and most irritating one, nausea and fullness and bloating in stomach and chest.
So during the last 5-6 years. I have undergone many treatments and a lot of medications and medical tests. Many of the tests like ultrasound showed no problems in abdomen but a bood test called widal test resulted postive and doctor told that I have Typhoid/Enteritis infection in stomach and intestines.

Would a mild bilirubin elevation cause stomach pains like gas bloating nausea? My bilirubin was 1.5 and my stomachs been acting up. I was taking antibiotics and after all my stomach pains began. I also ready its harmless if alt is normal and other liver function test are normal for me, only mild bilirubin. Now I was prescribed Pepcid for stomach acid and I'm scared to take them because I don't want my numbers to rise.
I just happened to have gas-x in my bathroom and immediately took 2. Within one hour the gas and bloating were gone and so was the afib. I literally got on my knees and prayed that I was on the right path to health. I stopped the Metformin for a few days to give my stomach a rest and took zantac 300 twice a day. No palpitations or afib. I was amazed. I am now on Metformin ER (which has less side affects) and with it I take a zantac. I have had no afib.
You might be swallowing the air and this could be causing the aerophagia and consequent bloating. You could try a different mask, in which the air is directed only into the nose, then you may not face the problem of swallowing the air. Discuss these options with your doctor when you happen to meet him next time.
