Avatar n tn Many patients also reported a loss of antidepressive effect. Patients who thereafter switched back to Wellbutrin XL or an alternative generic (such as Bupropion XL manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals) saw a return of the antidepressive effect and lessening of side effects.
886624 tn?1241717864 I feel wonderful on budeprion, better than I did on the Watson generic buproprion. Don't let your head be filled with negativity before you start. This teva budeprion generic helped me sooooo much. I felt euphoric the first few days and then just better more able to deal with life.
Avatar n tn My teenage daughter was taking generic Wellbutrin (manufactured by Watson pharmaceuticals) 150 mg. daily for about 3 weeks or so and started having serious hair loss on the top of her head. The prescribing psychiatrist told her to stop the medication and after about 2 weeks, the hair loss has stopped almost completely.
Avatar n tn The reason I bring this up is that generic version of Wellbutrin XL, Budeprion has a faster dissolving rate. It's coating dissolves four times faster than the brand name, causing severe symptoms of: brain zaps, anger, disconnected feeling, short-term memory loss, headache, muscle aches across chest and neck, etc. I only found this out once I switched from the brand name to the generic form and had a horrific experience.
Avatar f tn About 5 weeks ago, my Buproprion ran out and the pharmacy sent home another generic Buproprion made by Watson. I immediately stopped sleeping, so I asked my husband to see if the pharmacist could get the Teva. They told him Teva is not longer making Buproprion, so they gave me another form of Buproprion. I tried it for a couple of days, and I started getting the old tingling, hot/cold flashes, and insomnia. I increased my Xanax to help with the symptoms.
Avatar n tn They are basically the same medication - originally made by the same company and a generic from Watson. Rx for dental work many years ago and common for TENSION HEADACHE. 2. Similar to Esgic/Esgic Plus - key being Butalbital link in all of these pills (F3, Fioricet/Fioricet w/Codeine, etc). I played college football and had a friend who worked for the company making Esgic Plus. I started taking 3-4 of the Esgic Plus pills after a game.
