168348 tn?1379360675 If you've already added the ovulation tracker, you can still get to the Tracker List. Go to My MedHelp. Go to Trackers tab...you'll see your ovulation tracker. Look in the upper right (under Messages) and you should see a Trackers icon. Click this button. You should be redirected to the Trackers list. You'll probably see Ovulation Tracker (with the option to delete) and the Weight Tracker (with the option to add).

Avatar n tn I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).
Avatar n tn My starting weight was about 110 kg. and my target is 86 kg. Since the graph shows from 0-120 kg, the line is basically straight whether I gain or lose weight. It's only necessary to have the range be between the starting weight and the target. Can you make this so the user can customize it or have an option to only display between the starting and target weights? Thank you.

It's a calorie/exercise/weight tracker and you can friend people on it so you can see each other's status updates. I've found that it's a little easier to find exactly the food you eat on it rather than the medhelp app, but I still keep it around for the great forums. Just let me know what works for you!

After much arguing, I finally said fine give me my book I will make sure she gets a refund for the weeks left and I won't be back.

636152 tn?1227224171 Worked out at lunch. Before workout a touch above 200 and after workout had to move the big weight to 150 and adjust the top to 49.9. Typically my weight for this tracker is the home scale. The 199.9 that I put in today is at the gym post workout wearing shirt, shorts and socks. Goal is to consistently post weight now under 200 and get to the point where I can be under 200 at the end of a day filled with normal eating.

And then it goes away for my left foot after my period starts but the right foot stays this way all the time. What in the world can this be? I don't even know how to search on the symptom tracker for this. It's a dull but irritating pain.

I use the weight tracker and find it to be a great motivational tool, and also really useful for assessing things over time. I think that it could be a great organizational tool for ppl amidst testing, and again very useful for assessing a situation over time. Glad to hear about all the neat ideas that are in the hopper. I got weighed again and told the nurse about the weight thing and she thinks that I must've been around 140 before pregnancy cause now I'm 145lbs!!! Thats the most I've EVER weighed. I know its for the baby but it just makes me feel so fat.

What I can't figure out tho is how many calories I should or shouldn't be intaking in a single day. MedHelp says like 1900, but that seems like way to much. I ate a full day yesterday and still only ended up with 852 calories for the day. Is that ok? Also, if anyone has any ideas for lunches, I would be grateful.
