I recently moved and joined a new gym, about a month ago. I had gained 2-3 pounds during the weeks prior to our stressful move, but nothing major. I'm 5'4" and my weight always topped out at 125, max. I go to the gym five times a week, for at least an hour to an hour and a half. I alternate days: cardio, weights, etc. I also *always* keep track of my fitness goals and daily calorie goals with livestrong.com - that's part of what has always kept me in check.
