Common Questions and Answers about Weight tracker online for free

583580 tn?1231136383 I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried those online programs for diet and exercise tips? I get an online newsletter for the Jillian Michaels Online Program (coach from the biggest loser) and right now she is offering a one week free deal (its regularly $4 a week). I'm hesitant because what can she really do for me over the internet.
Avatar f tn We encourage everyone to utilize the weight tracker and food diary (the food diary is the only thing that has worked for me - I really need to be held accountable and seeing what things really contain in calories, etc. has made a huge difference). You might also want to use the water tracker, exercise tracker or even the sleep tracker (sleep really helps with weight loss).
Avatar m tn Used in conjunction with other trackers such as the Weight Tracker, Exercise Tracker, Diabetes Tracker, Cholesterol Tracker, and Water Consumption Tracker, the Food Diary will be the perfect addition to helping users achieve their health goals. 649848 tn?1534633700 Can you tell me why my weight tracker isn't updating like it should? The tracker itself does, but the tracker stats, trends and goals isn't updating. Looks like I'm backing up. Do I have to go to the new version to get it to work right? I don't care for the new version; it's not very user friendly.

649848 tn?1534633700 Well, I kind of like having the food tracker there and the weight tracker because it's so easy to pop my weight in there whenever I log on - It's just that I don't want the stuff I have no use for - like menstrual, asthma, etc -- If they are going to put stuff there, we should at least get a choice of options.
1446218 tn?1333104746 I have a menstral and a water tracker on there that I would like to remove and just have access to the foo d, weight and exercise trackers I have on the full site. Is this possible? Thank you for your time.
Avatar n tn s free membership full of exercise programmes from yoga to kick boxing, its got a bmi tracker, plans a daily workout programme for you lots of little helpfull things for you to keep on track, also has Personal Trainers online so you can chat to them for advice and encouragement. http://www.slimtree.com/login_new.asp I hope that this helps, and jst to let you know you are not alone!
Avatar f tn Would it be possible to have a function on the weight tracker to set a range in which you wanted to maintain, rather than a goal for a specific weight change? Like, say I wanted to keep my weight between 100 and 110, there would be two lines on the graph at those numbers, so I could easily see if my weight was between them? Thanks.
554138 tn?1312360887 Thank you for your response - I will weight for the body measurements tracker - as the neck is the least part of the body to be measured but should be included in a full body tracker. Do we have any idea when the full body measurements tracker will be available? for many people trying to change their lifestyle measurements are more important and reflective than weight.
570213 tn?1220886977 That's a great suggestion. The only tracker that currently allows members to input data while not on the MedHelp site is the weight tracker. There is an igoogle gadget for the MedHelp weight tracker. We'll be exploring other methods of data input and this is a good suggestion. We'll add it to our list of requested features and let you know when it's available. If other members are also looking for this functionality, please add a comment.
Avatar n tn I have started the food tracker and the weight tracker but is there a tracker or program on this site that will inform me, based on the amount of weight I'd like to lose, of how many calories I SHOULD eat per day, etc.? If this exists where might I find it?
519681 tn?1248083041 ll add water consumption tracker and exercise tracker to our list of requests. You can also track exercise in the existing weight tracker. Thanks!
287071 tn?1365192513 I am curious if anyone has any suggestions for some quality high calorie foods that will help me maintain my weight eating well for my daughter. Any thoughts would help!
463897 tn?1468013750 Hi, Welcome to the Newborn Photo Community! This community is your online " Baby's Brag Book" created with you and your baby in mind! We encourage you to kick off your shoes, relax and stay awhile (if you can!!!), as all members announce their baby's birth, tell us their birth story, baby's first name, weight, measurements, Apgar score and all other baby-related events in a casual setting. Please consider using our Baby Tracker http://www.medhelp.
Avatar f tn Thanks for the suggestion. The weight tracker already allows you to track weight (and height is a tracker setup value which probably doesn't change that often). You can also track neck, waist, and hips currently. We plan on adding chest, arm, calf, and thigh soon. If other members would also find head, bust, ankles, and abdomen useful, please leave a comment below so we can gauge interest in these values.
484167 tn?1210001396 has anyone tried the weight watchers program online? i am considering it but i do not want to waste my $....i always thought you had to attend meetings and get weekly weigh-ins...not sure if it is such a great idea to leave it all up to me...?? anyways, any info or input is greatly appreciated...thanks...
Avatar f tn I think the ticker will show the actual weight for today if you post it today and the posts in-place reflect the weight when you posted it. Maybe try to repost under my post with today's weight and see if your ticker reflects today's weight. I'm going to change mine now and test mine out within this post. The new weight should read 192. My older tickers show 190. Did you know you can add your Weight Tracker Stats to your Profile Page? It's a really cool widget ...
Avatar f tn Thanks for the suggestion. The Menstrual Cycle Tracker, including PMS symptoms, is now available. You can add the Menstrual Cycle Tracker from the Women's Health Community. http://www.medhelp.
Avatar m tn Sorry for the delay, I'm new to this site and didn't see this response. The iGoogle Weight Tracker is just a gadget plugin to the customized version of the google page. You can customize google to show the news that you find most interesting and add gadgets/apps to also display on the same page. What you get is sort of a dashboard providing you with internet content you view most. To get to it, go to google as you normally would.
649848 tn?1534633700 Sorry - I didn't realize all of that had been changed and I couldn't make it work right. I didn't realize the graph for the weight tracker also came up in the thyroid tracker, so that was confusing. Took me a while, but I think I figured out how to work it. My meds have been added to the list. I see that there are some supplements listed, such as calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus, etc. Is it possible to get B12 added, as I have to self-inject on a weekly basis?
Avatar m tn I hadn't thought about doing that because I can go back as far as I need to on my tracker. Did you know that if you look at the very top of your weight tracker, there is a thin row that says "2009" then the months; then 2010 and the months. You've only been a member since Feb 2010, so your data only goes back that far. If you click on Feb 2010, your data for that month will show up, then click on Mar 2010 and it will bring up the data for that, and so on.........
982864 tn?1323935179 ll automatically sync the data so that you can view your updated trackers online. You can download it for free on the iPhone App Store. http://itunes.apple.com/app/my-cycles/id335875911?mt=8 Or read more about it here: http://www.medhelp.
