This can include just simply going for walks/ light jogs for 1/2hr to 45minutes, 3-5 times per week. It's a great idea to do some resistance or weight bearing training aswell to build up lean muscle mass, but only do this strictly under a trainers guidance, as you'll need to be taught proper technique to safely lift heavy weights.

Avatar f tn You should also be screened for thyroid function, as less than optimal can make weight loss hard. Thryoid problems are also much more common with people who have diabetes. For weight loss, low carb diet (calories depend on your size and activity level) is gerenally helpful. Daily activity of at least 30 - 60 minutes / day is required also for most people to lose weight.

I started using the s p a r k p e o p l e web site to advise me on what range of calories, carbs, fats, proteins, etc. I should eat and allows me to record what I eat, telling me what those counts were. I have found that it works for me when no other drug would. I have noticed that I get full fast and I have no desire to eat. I can only say that this drug has altered my sex drive considerably, but I was a bit over-sexed to begin with. The Effexor has made my sex drive more controllable.

The first thing to do is stop eating all junk food, such as chips, candies, sodas, pastries, white bread and regular pasta, etc. At age 16 your body isn't fully developed, so you have to be careful of losing weight too quickly.
