Avatar n tn There is no evidence which suggests vitamin B12 supplementation causes weight loss. There may be indirect factors which lead to weight loss. One of them is the awareness of being overweight. Seroquel does play a role in weight gain. And the most important factor to be considered is the depression. Depression itself is a major risk factor for weight gain. Treat your depression, get to a good exercise schedule and you will see a reduction in weight.
Avatar f tn The slower you lose the weight, the better chance you will be able to maintain your weight loss. Eating 5-6 small meals a day is a good way to eat and it improves digestion. Recommend you eat something at the beginning of the day, even if it is a yogurt smoothie. If your smoothies have a full fruit serving, then it does count as 1 fruit and the same with V8. Suggest eating salads/vegetables instead of drinking V8 due to the increase value of fiber.
