and concentrate on eating a lot of salads and fresh vegetables, but easy on the dressing. I would do my own
using just a little olive oil and more wine
vinegar or
apple cider vinegar with a pinch of sea salt & some herbs.
Consume quality protein like grilled fish, chicken & turkey breast and eat less carbs from breads and stuff.
Drink plenty of water 1 hour away from meals.
Increase your activity level. Walk (brisk) everywhere and for longer time.
Do some aerobic exercise daily.
