Loss of strength throughout my entire right side, ear aches and hearing difficulties in my right ear, and all the muscles on the right side of my face seem to not work as well as before. Avatar f tn None are correct. As for the weight loss thing, both times being pregnant I've lost close to 10 lbs if not more and I'm having my second girl. I've also never had cravings with my first and this time I can't even look at food without feeling sick but I'm hungry all the time :/ it's fun to think about but don't get your hopes up!

Carbohydrates are our energy, fats are there secondary for energy, but protein is there to rebuild your muscles, tendons etc. and is the worst source of energy. High protein diets cause our bodies to become dehydrated giving us the illusion of weight loss.

They could refer you to a dietician...there are all kinds of supplements out there for this exact reason...also, if it would ever be necessary...there are medications that help stimulate your appetite, and fight nausea. Bottom line is....with regualr visits to your ID doc...you can live a pretty normal life. Also, there is no need to suffer in silence....

You know, fatigue, loss of appetite/weight, can't sleep, sleep too much, night sweats, etc. Hell, I even got really sick once (Winter last year), and my lymph nodes got really swollen. I will not attempt to convert anyone, but no one will convince me that we didn't evolve with systems that expect a low carb diet. I have answers for all the myths surrounding the low carb diets if anyone want to ask privately. (like increased cardiovascular risk, gall bladder disease, kidney disease - all false). 'Nough said. I believe it as a scientist. I will probably need to delete this.
