644988 tn?1236364548 Hi, I would like to be able to access my journal by tracker, fot example to print off a summary of all my "mood" related tracker journal entries. It helps to take my mood tracker to my CPN and would be helpful to print off the relevant journals, likewise am using the sleep journal as a dream journal and would like to see these in isolation, rather than mixed up .
Avatar f tn This shows mood, emotions, symptoms, treatments, events as well as the journal entry. When I try to print via the website, I can only print this info in to sections Section 1. mood, emotions, symptoms, treatments, events Section 2. Journals I prefer for section 1 to have the info, not the graph. Because section 1 and 2 relates to eachother, ideally I would like to print it together. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Avatar m tn the only option i see in the journal secion is to print each journal entry, one at a time. I was hoping that there would be an option to print ALL of them on the same or on several pages at once. Is there this option anywhere?
583580 tn?1231136383 m hoping that he support on this site will keep me encouraged to keep going with my new workout plans for 2009, in the past I gave up to easily when I wasnt seeing any weight loss or loss in inches, I've even seen weight gain and muscle mass from working out which I've been told isnt common in females. This also discourages me. I'm starting my new workout plans when I get off from my midnight shift tonight.
1099201 tn?1338180918 I started on this veggie/fruit challenge at work to see if you're actually eating enough veggies and fruits as required and in the four weeks I participate, I learned that I wasn't eating enough of my veggies. I think that it would be good to have a food journal or something to keep track of what you're eating. Maybe not everyday but it does help to give you a picture of what you eat. So far I've lost 5 - 6 pounds.
950760 tn?1316697651 can you highlight just your journal and print? or maybe cut and paste to a blank page and print?
Avatar f tn It sounds like, as you lose the weight, you are bumping into some of the emotional reasons you had for gaining it. It sounds kind of like you think somehow you will starve or shortchange yourself or not be protected, if you get rid of the weight. But fear is not fact, and the weight is excess weight, not necessary for your body and in fact somewhat dangerous during pregnancy especially. When I was in my ninth month I had gained 35 lbs. and was 160 lbs.
Avatar f tn I also have a few other ideas for you specifically (some helpful hints about sugar, water, weighing yourself, increasing your metabolism, as well as helpful weight loss tips that people often miss), but I have an appointment to get to shortly, so I will write more later! For now, here's the advice that I gave the other girl with a similar question, hope it helps! "You have a LOT of options as far as diet goes, here are a few that will definitely help... 1.
6918143 tn?1386340447 The tests you need are Free T3, Free T4 and TSH. You might also ask for thyroid antibody testing to determine whether you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I, too, have insulin resistance and I take digestive enzymes because I don't absorb a lot of nutrients; the digestive enzymes do nothing to help me lose weight. I also have Hashimoto's/hypothyroidism.
304970 tn?1331425994 I THINK (so not sure) it was natesmomma that originally posted the link about the pregnancy journal that was free and all you had to pay was the $3.99 shipping and handling? Well.. I ordered it and still haven't received it? I was wondering if anyone else ordered it and if so, how long did it take to receive? Thanks!
Avatar n tn s also a peer-reviewed medical journal article published there, which you can download for free, print out, and take to your Doctor to help in the diagnostic process. Please check it out at www.DercumsDisease.com. And if you have any further questions or anything, I'm always happy to help in any way that I can. My email address is listed on the site as well, but here you go: HLawver AT gmail *******. Good luck!
Avatar f tn I am looking for some suggestions towards weight loss. I am 5'2" and weigh 160lbs. I swim 2 to 3 times per week for an hour. I also have a sedentary job writing and recently its been harder to get time to go to the swimming pool more than 3 times a week. I know my eating habits lend to my troubles with weight loss, and that I don't get enough exercise. I typically have either an apple or english muffin for breakfast.
Avatar n tn I do have Hashimoto's but no weight loss etc. I do not go to an endocrinologist since we have moved to a new area. Just to primary care doctor. He takes my levels once a year with my checkup coming in August 2014. The doctor I had before we moved took levels every 6 months.. We have not been happy with the doctors in the new area but have no alternative except to travel an hour or more to another. This is not an option.
Avatar m tn Hello. Sorry to hear of the symptoms you're having. While nausea, vomiting and weight loss can be associated with Chiari, they can be symptoms of many other things as well. In light of the sudden onset and the severity of these symptoms it would be a good idea to be evaluated by your Dr.
Avatar f tn com/2008/08/25/the-hcg-diet-yet-another-fad-diet/ Aetna (*******), one of many insurance carriers, has a Clinical Policy Bulletin regarding Weight Reduction Medications and Programs posted that excludes Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) or vitamin injections for weight loss because it is considered experimental and investigational for weight loss. If you'd like to lose excess weight, may I suggest you focus on the basics? Take an honest look at your eating habits and daily routine.
6470732 tn?1439556292 It depends on the office but almost all will have you pee in a cup to confirm the pregnancy and give you a pap smear as well as the regular stuff like blood pressure and weight. If its not your regular family doc they'll take a family history. Some offices will also do an ultrasound and go ahead and do your blood work. I'm not sure what kind of book you're talking about.
Dog The Raspberry Ketone comprises an antioxidant that happens to be the chief ingredient to work on weight loss. The efficacy of the Raspberry Ketone diet has been earlier tested on mice in Japan & Korea. Under both the observations the mice were given a high fat diet along with a dose of raspberry ketone. Despite the high fat diet the mice did not gain weight. The Raspberry Ketone apparently aids to boost the adiponectin hormone in the body, which helps to regulate blood glucose and weight.
1323747 tn?1364806882 I did just find a journal article about this entitled "Revisiting leptin's role in obesity and weight loss." This from the Journal of Clinical Investigation at the Dept .Of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Penn. School of Medicine. I'll pass it along as you expressed interest in this aera and perhaps there will be more research on this area in the future. I appreciated your sharing your personal experience.
Avatar f tn Yes please talk to your dr, there are many things that could cause rapid or excessive weight loss and some of them can be serious. In addition to Thyroid and GI testing maybe ask about diabetes. It seems odd, but it can cause weight loss.
Avatar f tn No, assuming that you don't have an eating disorder, this is not normal unless you retain a lot of fluid, which you shouldn't, at your age ......... It sounds like you could be suffering from an overactive thyroid; have you ever had thyroid function tested? Get the following tests: TSH, Free T3 and Free T4, plus TSI; and get checked for Type I diabetes........ these are 2 major health issues that cause weight loss....... don't panic, but get tested for both asap....
Avatar m tn 7 is out of range, TSH should never be used, alone, to diagnose or treat a thyroid condition. You need to ask your doctor for the actual thyroid hormone tests, Free T3 and Free T4. Those levels are the ones that need to be adjusted. You should also get tested for thyroid antibodies, to determine whether or not you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune disease, in which the body sees the thyroid as "foreign" and produces antibodies to destroy it.
Avatar m tn I checked it out and following a couple of the links, I find they are trying to get you to "join" and if you just want to browse the site without joining, they black out the screen so it's very hard if not impossible to read it. I just scrolled to the bottom and at the very end, it appears that they ultimately want you to pay $57 for some type of weight loss system that appears to include a couple of books, a journal and I'm not sure what else.
