Well, I'm seeing quite a few questions lately, but I'm not really seeing a lot of goals or achievements, etc.
I'm curious as to where everyone is, in their weight loss
journey. Are you losing, gaining, holding steady????? This includes EVERYONE -- new members, as well as the "old timers".
Do you have any specific goals that you are working toward? Like losing 8 pounds by Thanksgiving? Or 15 pounds by Christmas??
