I work in the construction industry
as a business owner and carpenter. My concern is excessive weight loss
. I currently weigh 143 lbs. In the last 6 weeks I have lost 11 lbs. I eat well, though not excessively. I am 5' 10" tall. My diet consists of a large breakfast of two eggs, toast, cereal w/ whole milk. I also consume a hemp based protein suplement as well as a multivitamin daily. Lunch is a sandwhich or two, water, occasional chips, banana, apple or some other fruit.
