Woman has girls to her home without parents on a regular basis because her own grandchildren live far away and she doesn't get to see them. Girls pretend they are sick. "Grandma" pretends to be doctor and writes a medical chart for them - then makes them feel better. How does she make you feel better?

Hi, my grandchild is now 5 1/2 yr. she has not gained weight in a yr. still at 30lbs. and 37in tall, she wears size 3T pants, 4T tops. True both parents are small in stature, mom 5"4, 125lbs, dad 5"6 155lbs. They have a son 8yr. who is 50% on growth chart, younger sister is 3% to 5% on chart. She never wants to eat anything and is very thin, they try to punish her or bribe her into eating, they even waitted to enroll her in Kintergarden, because of her size.

I thing the growth chart is different for boys, i have a book somewhere around here that has the weight and growth chart on it, the same one they use in dr office to keep record, i will look for it and post it 2mrw nite if you havent found the answer by then, or try googling growth charts and compare it from girls and boys.

I hate some of these doctors. I lost 15 lbs and u am now 24 wka preggo and weight loss and pregnancy runs in my fam. Once ur not starving yourself etc don't worry. My baby has the weight and i don't. Doctors talk about bmi etc. i hate that crap, no " weight" chart can possibly tell me i am under weight or over weight. My sister had a 3 month looking belly at 9 months and baby weighed 7 lbs. If u listen to everything these american doc say then u will go nuts.

Your daughter is in the 5th percentile for her weight and height for her age so she is not 'off' the chart. I have to agree with her MD, as long as she is steadily gaining weight and growing (even if it is slow) she will be fine. Some children are small and it has to do with genetics. If her appetite is good and she eats her meals, then she is ok.

Mine were all opposite lol I had morning sickness and gained so much weight and had horrible acne with my boys and the heart rate said girl as with the Chinese gender chart girls. With my girl I was never sick had a glow carried right out front and heart rate said boy. However, cravings were spot on. Fruit with little miss and savory with my boys. I don't think there will ever be a way to know besides ultrasound and birth.

I wouldn't listen to the weight chart thing, I'm nearly 35 weeks amd ever since a set up this app it has been telling me av been gaining too much weight, av never worried as think it is probably better to be gaining to much than not enough.

Since i alreadt have two girls obviously dad wanted a boy i tried the calendar and it said boy, but got my ultrasound said it was a girl!

I was just wondering if there was a way to go back to my weight tracker in 2009? It kept my info of my starting weight and my goal but I can't seem to see my chart.
