4152590 tn?1350772856 I had a bad night last night. First, I had to sit through a 5 hour meeting yesterday and developed what i think is sciatic nerve pain down my left buttock and leg. I've had this kind of pain before and don't think it's MS related. Then, last night, I was working on an important document on my computer and lost it. Needless to say, I was very upset. It was late, so I just called it a night.

Avatar f tn One year, because I was less likely to suspend, they started sending those students to my room as opposed to being suspended. Arrggh. Very hard to teach when disruptive newcomers come into the room. I could work with most kids, but a few I booted out.
Avatar f tn The warm up should be done for other reasons namely to get your tendons/muscles used to the stress to come - and I mean "stress" in the physical sense and not related to an Adrenaline rush.
Avatar f tn I'm sorry this is so late of a response- I haven't been on this forum for a long time! It is always upsetting when you get a non-sympathetic doctor with a lack of a good bedside manner. I'm sorry you ran into one! You are right that a neurologist, if they are worth their salt, should be willing to take over medication management of your migraines and try to help you on an ongoing basis. God, of course, made you and He doesn't make mistakes!
Avatar m tn I know it is very hard to reduce stress if the stressor is still present but ways to help with the stress include taking a good multi vitamin and listen to calming music or watching medication videos etc. I did neither at the time. smh.
1747881 tn?1546175878 Throughout the year, Campus Reform has shown how liberal professors and students across America have been quick to oppose the President’s actions—often without understanding important details about them. Hoping to tease out whether such reflexive opposition to Trump is based on policy disagreements or simply distaste for Trump himself, Campus Reform headed to George Mason University to ask students their opinions about the first 100 days.

627816 tn?1349238116 I have no quarrel with inclusionists if they are content to insist upon inclusion for their children, or for children of other parents who feel that it is optimum for their children. But, when they try to force me and other unwilling parents to dance to their tune, I find it highly objectionable and quite intolerable. Parents need options. If there are no objective data showing that full inclusion works better than giving people several options, why is it being promoted so avidly?
148588 tn?1465778809 It used to be that you went to school to learn reading, writing and arithmetic. The teachers taught. Now days they have to analyze the students for emotional and academic issues relating to mental disorders, work with parents who work and don't keep track of their child's schooling or help with homework like they used to.

Avatar m tn Your question is a little confusing, sorry. What were the results of the angioplasty, did it reveal considerable disease? or are you questioning risks of heart attack from the procedure? or are you asking how to lower risks of heart attack in general? In case the latter is the question, which I'm guessing, then lowering risks of heart attack are.... Medication, such as daily aspirin to reduce clotting. Healthy diet, low in fats. Regular exercise. Low emotional stress levels.
