Hi Doc, I'm tired all the time and practically a person that is always in shambles. I'm 41 yrs old and diagnosed with ADHD because of my symptoms. I was prescribed Vyvanse. I took 20mg today but it put me to sleep. I was wondering if there was a possibility of me having thyroid problems because of this effect the Vyvanse had on me? I thought i was going to be focused and energized. Can you please let me know if this is the effect Vyvanse does to people with thyroid problems?

I would take vitamins twice a day. Even if you take 1/2. Same with Vitamin C. Many vitamins are water soluble so they don't stay in you all day and night. 5htp is the name and yes, I would thing GNC has them all. Did you also look at the Thomas recipe? Have you ever considered getting onto a multple Vitamin with antioxidants, Vit C and B Complex I have heard Fish oil is helpful and experts have said it has the same effiacy as Ritalin,ask your Docror how long he needs to be on this Med. This is really a question for your doctor, as they should be the only one making medication recommendations for you, but as far as vitamin C and pregnancy, it should be safe, I'd check with your doctor especially if you are on any other meds that could be effected by the excess vitamin C before you start any.

Does anyone have any experience with non stimulant working better with adhd kids with temper problems. I think I might not have given the straterra enough of a chance as I now know he didnt have it in his system long enough to have seen significant change. The problem is that my doc prescribed me 60 30mg capsules so im trying to figure out how many 30 mg capsules is 70 mg vyvanse which i know that a 30mg vyvanse is 10mg adderall and 70 mg vyvanse is 30mg adderall.Is 7 30mg vyvanse capsules 70mg dose .I switched from taking 30mg adderall twice a day im going to have to call doc tommorroww.Any help in figuring this out .Thank you Im trying to get 70 mg vyvanse out of these 30mg capsules 1 70 mg or 1 60 is the right dose for me.
