The problem is that my doc prescribed me 60 30mg capsules so im trying to figure out how many 30 mg capsules is 70 mg vyvanse which i know that a 30mg vyvanse is 10mg adderall and 70 mg vyvanse is 30mg adderall.Is 7 30mg vyvanse capsules 70mg dose .I switched from taking 30mg adderall twice a day im going to have to call doc tommorroww.Any help in figuring this out .Thank you Im trying to get 70 mg vyvanse out of these 30mg capsules 1 70 mg or 1 60 is the right dose for me.

I went to see my doctor and he put me on phentermine 37.5mg once a day and topamax 23 mg in half doeses twice dailey. I also take adderall 20mg twice Dailey. I asked him if theses two meds who interact with one another and his response was no . I guess my question is how do I safely spread them out during the day. It seems I can't get it right because when I take either or I get very anxious . I already take a anti anxiety med clonazepam for accational panic attacks.

I have been on Vyvanse for a while now. And was worried when they doctor said it was very similar to Adderall XR. But he promised me that the issues I was having with feeling ill, insomnia, and no appitite would lessen on Vyvanse. And that the nasty, gross stimulant feeling I got from Adderall would go away. And he was right about everything and then some. And believe me if there is a side effect to have I will have it.

Next, I called my insurance company to make sure they would pay on more than 70mg. The rep told me they would pay for Vyvanse 70mg twice a day. So, I got lucky with that! Now, I have to convince my doctor to write for more than 70mg. I am going to take some info that I found on the internet and show him. Hopefully, he'll write for 140mg. I guess we'll see...

What herbal remedies are there --i used to take ephedrine i.e. mahang is it back on the shelves or do you need a script? What else is there?

i seriously want to quit taking EFFEXOR 525mg a day and vyvanse 50mg a day I can't handle the withdrawel symptoms. It has been 10 years of this medication nightmare. What should I do? Rehab?

You can also drink a boost or ensure shake twice a day after a meal to help you with getting the vitamins and protein you may be lacking and it's not as expensive as getting the protein shakes from GNC etc.

I have been taking 30mg of Adderrall instant twice a day forever. But with me being a supervisorI lneed a little more help. So I was thinking of asking my doctor to add 20 mg Adderrall instant twice a day to avoid those gaps of non focus. I really think that will help.

I take one pill a day now and although my life is not great, and I still fight the depression, I do not feel like a zombie anymore and can hold down a job and enjoy most of the day. I can not tell you do anything but please consider rethinking all of those meds and maybe get a second opinion from a new doctor...good luck and I will keep you in my prayers. Hi Erin- I was on generic adderol tablets for six months, and they worked great, however, I felt like I was needing a liitle higher dose. I was only taking 10mg tabs twice a day. My doc suggested that i try a new drug called vivanse, that it's in the same family as adderol. I was hesitant to change meds, but reluctenly, switched to vivanse, 1 30mg capsule once a day. Wow! what a mistake that was!! I had a very bad reaction to it. It felt like a hallucingenic. Also made me very tired!

But I was on adderal 30mg 2 x daily, started methadone and then adderall 20mg 1 x day and 40mg vyvanse 1x a day when this all started slowly but I knew something wasnt right. I stuck it out figuring it'll just take some time to adjust switching around the stimulants I completely eliminated adderal and now I am on a 30 mg Vyvanse and a 40 mg Vyvanse both once a day and I have almost an unbeatable drowsiness I cannot kick from the moment I wake up until the time I go to sleep.

Personally, I'm on Vyvanse at 60mg daily, plus a lunch and dinner dose of methylphenidate at 5mg each. Although I've tried so many different ADD medications and doses before ending up where I am, I agree that Vyvanse does take a while to kick in. Not everyone is the same, so if Adderall works better for you it's not very shocking.

I am now on vyvanse because yrs of dexedrine 3 times a day which is much stronger, was not working because of my tolerance. So idk if that makes a difference, but I called my doctor and said I will def be fine. Also, and this is more for me obviously, put them in a pill box so if you see it is gone, you know you have taken it. All medication like this can give you some memory loss.

Every thing that I have read says that sleep is a huge factor. It can really screw up your day if you don't get enough sleep. So that is something that you need to get under control before you start switching doses. Vyvanse should work 10 to 12 to 14 hours. Its possible that it is causing you sleep problems. One sign of overdosing is a medication lasting longer then it should. And you are showing a few other symptoms of an overdose.

female who was recently diagnosed with ADHD and was put on Vyvanse. I am slightly worried my dr. over prescribed me by telling me to take two 30mg twice a day and if i didn't get up in time for the first dose just take the second. I got up in time today to take both considering i pulled an all nighter from the day before. I am now still wide awake after being up for a straight 36 hours. I drink a modest amount of water (about two 16.9 fl oz bottles of water a day). I took a 40 mg Vyvanse pill on a Thursday and another pill of the same the following Saturday( two days later). I would think sleep plays a big part in memory and levels of anxiety. Perhaps the vyvanse stimulation gets me so focused my breathing is shortened and anxiety develops. Since taking the Vyvanse I find it easier to get up in the morning. I'm more focused switched on and attentive. My drive is empowering and my self confidence has improved. I'll have a look at those sites tomorrow.

Could your hbp on vyvanse be aggravated by a rebound effect from not taking atenolol? Or perhaps you have too high of a vyvanse dose?

YES! I'm a 22 year old male taking 50 mg vyvanse daily. I'm in recovery for alcohol and cocaine abuse. Been sober now for 10 months, and yes it has been difficult not to abuse vyvanse. Addicts think different than most people. We find something we like and all we can think is more more more. What I do is get a friend to hold my vyvanse and give it me as needed. I don't recommend holding on to them yourself!!! Bad idea!!

Hi...I have never heard of that med, but in research see it is used for reflux and gerd jut like the meds I am aware of. The dr will RX meds for the mgs and dosage ( times per day) per ur symptoms and how much healing u need.....I am on a gerd med and take it twice a day..... If u also modify ur diet and lifestyle u may heal a bit faster and be able to cut back on teh dosage faster.
