Been on vyvanse a week now for my add,and I have finally I think my dosage is right.70mg is whats feels right to me with hardly no side effects at all.The problem is that my doc prescribed me 60 30mg capsules so im trying to figure out how many 30 mg capsules is 70 mg vyvanse which i know that a 30mg vyvanse is 10mg adderall and 70 mg vyvanse is 30mg adderall.Is 7 30mg vyvanse capsules 70mg dose .I switched from taking 30mg adderall twice a day im going to have to call doc tommorroww.

Vyvanse is not a good medicine for people with high blood pressure and you might talk with your doctor and see if there are alternatives. Beta blockers do antagonize the effects of vyvanse. Maybe a calcium channel blocker or an ACE inhibitor would be better--but first check and see if Vyvanse is a must for you.

My son has a px for 40mg Vyvanse in the am, with a 10mg Adderall boost for afternoon/evening work as needed. Has anyone tried the drug vyvance for CFS...it is typically used for ADD. My lyme disease doctor suggested it and says those with lyme disease who suffer with fatigue has benefitted from it. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it.
