In college (2003-2008) I realized I had issues with digesting wheat and that I was sensitive to it. After college, I realized I could no longer tolerate it. In 2011, I realized I was extremely sensitive to all corn and corn derivatives and learned to avoid them (very challenging). In March 2012, an IgG panel of food and environmental sensitives came back positive with 30+ foods and almost all grass, mold, trees, dust, etc. It also shows a yeast infection in the back of my throat.
