vyvanse and heart racing

I went for an ECG blood tests , blood sugar tests,liver and kidney tests and a long x-ray and everything is fine I have no history of heart conditions but something about amphetamine scare me. Or is this just because of the bad press I'm just interested in your opinions. Also do any of you know a give who takes dosages this high?

The dose of the medication is going to affect everyone different because we are all different. A lot of how the drugs work and are distributed will go based on the amount of fat/muscle someone has. me and my husband both take vyvanse 50mg he has a different reaction to the drug than i do. when the drug hits after an hour for me i instantly have my heart racing and experience the "high" like sensation, where my husband does not.

i took 3 vyvanse 70 mg in the morning then 2 more 12 hours later that was 4 days ago my heart is still pounding and hurting and is off rythem im having breathing problems and getting light headed am i gonna die? im just wondering cause i've got a drug test comming up and im scared if i got to the hospital they will drug test me and it will get back to my p.o.

I've taken one 40mg Vyvanse and three 20mg XR Adderalls within a 24 hour period. This is a bit more than what I usually take.This is what I'm feeling: 1) Racing, irregular heartbeat 2) Ice cold, clammy hands 3) Weak muscles in legs 4) Restless Leg Syndrome ( I can't stop moving my legs) 5) Shallow breathing 6) Nausea 7) Anxiety 8) Tightness in throat and chest 9) Chills I recently took some Hydroxyzine (Visteril) to help calm me down. I'm 16 years old, male, 6'3", 185 lbs. I have been prescribed Vyvanse to treat my ADD symptoms for about two years (currently at 70mg), and the results have been amazing. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA or higher in every grading period so far in my highschool career. But, I have recently noticed that I often get dizzy while doing cardio workouts, and a dangerously high heart rate. However, I'm in no means out of shape, and am extremely ripped.

And i used to abuse my vyvanse im talking 4-500 mg. If you have a very high tolerance youl feel great but if not it will make you quite sick or worse. Dont have a heart attack buddy.

I work full time plus mandatory overtime at a computer all day and have an hour commute each way. I take vyvanse. 213 lbs. 5ft 5in. The amphetamine in the vyvanse makes me crave nicotine. So, unfortunately smoke about a pack every 3 days. For the last couple of years I've been experiencing these symptoms. In fact, went to the er in 2012 because I thought I was having a heart attack. Ct scan okay. Echo - okay but tachycardia.

i'm not an MD. But I recall pulse tests made at Westpoint and varied bewteen 40 and 110. All in healthy cadets.

The hardest and scariest was when it happened a couple times at night and i would wake up soaked in sweat and trying to breath while my heart was racing. My OB said it was normal and just to look for dizziness and blurred vision. Since about 20 weeks it hasn't happened again! Just let your dr know !!

usually the first 48 to 72 hours is it common for the racing feeling happen on the heart. You also should be aware that salt, caffine and liquor will increase these symptoms. Smoking too. Headaches are common too. I think I posted on a thread prior on one of your questions. I really shy away from changing the dosage on your own and frequently. It really takes 4 weeks min. to get balanced.

I have to stand all day but when im standing and walking around my heart rate gets reallt fast and i start to feel drowsy and i get hot. Im 25 weeks. Who else had this prob??

Hello, my name is Amy and I'm 19 years old. 140 pounds 5 foot 4. Lately my heart has been beating abnormally fast when I lay down to sleep. I don't notice it much during the day but at night it goes really fast. Sometimes it doesn't but just as I fall asleep I'll suddenly gasp for air and my heart will be racing. I have had anxiety and depression for 3 years now, but I don't know if its something more serious than that. I'm just tired of being afraid to sleep at night.

Few days ago I was at work and became dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, got a headache, and my heart started racing. Its been un and down since it happened sunday. I have a healthy heart, perfect blood pressure, good sugar levels and everythings working perfectly its just my heart races sometimes.. it can be controled with medication. i used to take 25mg topal before pregnancy and my cardiologist upped my dose to twice a day and told me to make an appt for after the baby because it most likely will subside once shes born. unfortunately the medicine doesnt help with the racing much at all so ive been pretty much just dealing with it..

well i went to the doc on Saturday for severe anxiety, panic attacks, and crying spells. i told him my heart would race and i'd get dizzy and shaky. he upped my Celexa dose and ordered blood work and gave me ativan. sometimes i still feel dizzy even though i'm not having a panic attack. this is more of a vertigo type of dizziness.

It takes up to 6 months for the heart to heal from ablation. All you can do is be patient with it, drink lots of water and take care of yourself. The tachy will pass. =] It's very common to have minor episodes of racing heart after the ablation. 120bpm isn't bad at all, and having a rate of 88bpm isn't tachycardia. Only rates over 100bpm are, so I'd try not to worry. I know it would be extremely annoying but you'll just need to ride it out.

so i guess that this anxiety is cureble and not llfe taking.I have started doing meditation..yoga and all and it helps me to relax.I feel this racing heart thing since last year but since last 3 months i was not getting this feeling so was quite happy as i don't wanna get addicted to these harmful meds but suddenly this racing heart feeling has come back.
