My symptoms are very unusual. It is like clumps of dried up mucus inside the vulva and it can get stuck in the pubic hairs at times. It has a wet-papery texture. My vagina is red, extremely tender and sometimes the lip of the vulva itches. The amount of discharge I am getting is so much that I need to wear a pad and change it every hour just to keep it from dripping into clothes.
I have a decent diet, I do not get excersize a lot because I have knee issue. I am overweight.
Ive been having mild cramping in my vaginal area its been going for about 4 days now I have never got this kind of cramping before im suppose to start my period in three days could it be that im just cramping in a different area now or something els?

It burns when I pee, my vagina smells of a mix of cheese and fish but my discharge doesn't smell! I have a creamy subtance building on the outer of my vaginal lips, and that also smells of cheese - no matter how much I wash! My wee burns more after sex and my vulva gets really swollen. Can anyone help with the diagnosis of this? I have been to the doctors various times but no one can seem to pin point the issue. I have been given trimethoprim and nitrofurantoin before but haven't helped!

I recently turned 41 and have started having problems with dryness in the vulva leading to painful intercourse. At times it itches and the pain feels like cuts or like needles poking me. At times certain areas will bleed but not necessarily from having intercourse but I think its from the dryness. I have been taking birth control for a while to control heavy menstrual cycles and just recently found out that I am diabetic.
i dont know what to do! im really itchy starting from my clitoris hood to my vaginal opening its started yesterday morning and it also feels dry. someone please help! it also stings when i try to have intercourse, ive had the same partner for 5 years.

Without examination ,confirming a diagnosis is tough but it can be due to allergy to weeds,vulvovaginitis(inflammation of the vagina and vulva) ,pinworms and vaginal infections.Pinworms is a strong possibility because your daughter is also having itching in her private parts and moreover you help her wipe.
I sincerely advise you to get a stool examination of yourself and your daughter done to rule out pinworms.If found negative then other possibilities should be probed.

For a while now I have been experiencing some discharge and irritation on my vulva/anal area. It is just on the outside and it's just slightly irritated with a clear/thickick discharge from vagina. I dont even feel it all the time just sometimes and it's definitely not horrible...just a little irritating. I feel like when I feel the irritation on my vulva I also feel my anus itching/irritated as well.
On the other hand during foreplay we were both naked and my penis (I did NOT put on the condom yet) has probably touched or rubbed her vulva accidentally and I also had some vaginal fluid on my fingers before the actual intercourse began.
After intercourse I cleaned penis with a tissue before washing my hands and a hour or so after the intercourse I noticed I had a fresh open sore on my foreskin.
This is where my doubt arises.

Any females diagnosed via examination by a GYN of internal vaginal herpes (herpes on the inside walls of the vagina) and have absolutely no lesions whatsoever on the vulva or anywhere else for that matter??
Yes it can be spread by sexual contact along with sharing damp/wet clothing or towels that comes in contact with the vagina. Vulva to Vulva transmission is also possible. Its particularly more troublesome for women than men. However woman can spread Trich to men who penetrate them, and who can carry it in their urethra's and then spread it to other women. It causes a lot of inflamation, itching, and discomfort.
