I googled it a few months later and my symptoms sound like I had vulvaginitis. Every since my vulva was inflamed I've been having yellow and brown discharge. However sometimes my discharge is clear but has a slight odor. Could I have herpes? (God I hope not) HPV/genetial warts?

Hello, we have to focus on the fact that symptoms appeared after masturbation. So it is possible that you had a rough masturbation or maybe you scratched this area . Abstain for this practice for 1- 2 days. If symptoms persist then I would suggest a visit to a specialist doctor so he can advise you professionally.

at age sixteen, i had what i believed to be a genital herpes outbreak-pain itching ulcers, around my vulva lasting for about two weeks. continue to be seen every month as needed for your symptoms. chronic yeast issues can cause these symptoms as well as many other things. make sure you are being properly tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally each time you are seen too. is it likely this is a herpes issue? as you already seem to have figured out, no it does not. do you have a regular partner?

I have vulva itching that lasted about 5 days with no discharge or any symptoms related to a yeast infection. I still bought OTC monistat. Went away after the 5 days. Dont ****** or have any new soaps. It is back again and the only thing I did was fertlize the lawn and pulled weeds the other day. I did notice my hand my fingers stung after I touched a weed , and washed it right away. Could this have anything to do with an allergy?

What is this!? I have no other symptoms, no burning, no funky discharge. So why do i get this from time to time? It disappears for a while then comes back.

oh yeah and i had white bumps inside my mouth on my bottom lip and i also have bumps on my vulva but not like herpes bumps its bumps under the skin like pimples....i don't have fevers or flu symptoms i have hot flashes somtimes i have head aches sometimes but not all the time like every once in a while i don't have any weight lose i'm eating regularly no dry cough no fatigue no swollen glands no memory loss or anything like that.....

But what about the burning vulva with redness and burning in thighs and butt? I thought those were symptoms.

I have HSV2 and experience constant burning, itching, raw feeling and tiny rashes on my vulva. I have been to several doctors on numerous occassions. I have had cultures done; been tested for all sorts of stds; gotten my hormone levels checked; a biopsy of my labia taken to rule out lichen sclerosis, lichen planus, cancer and etc.. I have been tested for yeast, bv, gonorrhea, trich, chlamydia, ureaplasma, syphillis...you name it. I have been tested for almost everything the doctors can think of.

I have been having this issue for 8 years and it progressively gets worse and worse. During my period I develop little white flakes in my vulva like rolled up pieces of toilet paper. Cancer on the vulva tends to look white, and tends to become whiter when vinegar is put on it, so don't worry about that. If it looks like a bruise, it might just be a bruise. If she thinks it looks benign, it likely is. She would know all the serious things to look for.

i read trich can only be transmitted through vulva to vulva contact or sex. men usually dont have any symptoms,maybe some burning after sex or urinating.

I've been struggling for five months now with yeast infection symptoms. I have the white discharge (goes back and forth between curd-like and just thickened), SEVERE itching, and my vulva has gotten really red. The first month, I took OTC Monistat and it went away. The second time (exactly one month later), I took the Monistat again. The symptoms got a little better but never went completely away.

I recently turned 41 and have started having problems with dryness in the vulva leading to painful intercourse. At times it itches and the pain feels like cuts or like needles poking me. At times certain areas will bleed but not necessarily from having intercourse but I think its from the dryness. I have been taking birth control for a while to control heavy menstrual cycles and just recently found out that I am diabetic.

Ok so I got rid of my bv but my vulva still has an odor. I have nomore pain during sex, nomore heavy discharge and nomore itching. Just the vulva odor. I've checked to make sure it wasn't my discharge that was causing the smell, it has no odor to it. Now I know smegma smells but sometimes when I don't that yet it smells. I've tried so hard for so long to find answer but it seems like dead ends.

I had a punch biopsy on my vulva due to itchiness, burning and white coloring. The result came back at Follicular Keratosis. Anyone has any insight on this condition? Was only told it was benign. But, would that cause burning, itching, tearing skin of the labia and white skin? Thanks.
