I have vulva itching that lasted about 5 days with no discharge or any symptoms related to a yeast infection. I still bought OTC monistat. Went away after the 5 days. Dont ****** or have any new soaps. It is back again and the only thing I did was fertlize the lawn and pulled weeds the other day. I did notice my hand my fingers stung after I touched a weed , and washed it right away. Could this have anything to do with an allergy?
Okay. So I have been having vaginal issues. It all started after I had sex with my boyfriend, it was protected sex. But now I have a itching sensation of the vulva and ammonia smell. It isn't always itching, just randomly it will itch. I just recently started getting a light yellow, snotty discharge and also a burning sensation when I pee and even when I am just sitting there I'll start feeling it.
t stop itching. Please help me. Im becoming depressed from it. This has been occurring for five months. Do i need to see a dermatologist? Can you tell me what may be wrong?
In about 20 hours after the experience I noticed the left side of my vulva was itching and my anus hurt. The day after that the left side of my vulva continued to itch and my anus started to itch. Today the fourth day the left side of my vulva started to burn with some minor itching on the right. There is slight discharge and it is of a white color but it is rather thin. The skin on the left side of my vulva is slightly more red than the right side, but there are no bumps or lesion.
She had a sweetish foul smell every so often and would rub her vulva area and slide her butt across the floor. I had her groomed in January and her Anal sacs released thinking this would solve it. It didn't seem to really help. I had her fixed in February, hoping this would help. It has not seemed to help either. Any idea of what I could do? s not an STD but first it started off as discharge that looking white tinted with yellow and it was like cottage cheese, then I noticed that my whole vulva was itching the next day. The next day I only had itching on my clitoris but it was unbearable itchy and now I have noticed light green discharge like cottage cheese. Note that the discharge never had a foul odor, just that my urine has a strong urine scent. My vulva had started itching again, especially inside my vagina.

I've been having itching and severe dryness. For the itching, i dab vinegar (using a cotton swab). It hurts esp. if it touches areas that are sore or has cuts. But eventually, it does relieve it and the itch will be gone- totally. I used to use all kinds of anti itch creams. Never helped.
So, every once in a while, i dab vinegar for cleansing and to deter any more occurrence of the itching. Works miraculously!!!
last year my doctor did a swab test? since i was complaining about itching and increase discharge and it was found that i had a yeast infection. i used the prescribed medication and all was well for some months. however recently my genital area especially the vulva keeps itching, but i don't have any excessive or foul discharge. Also at times the lymph nodes in that area gets swolen and painful and some occasional bumps. I've only had one sexual partner but he was not monogamous.
I have noticed that just inside the vagina before the lips the skin has discoloured and it is now white. No itching. Also between my vagina and rectum, closer to the vagina this has also discoloured to a pale pink/almost white, this part is itchy. Is there anything to worry about? Should I go to the GP. You assistance is appretiated.
I had a punch biopsy on my vulva due to itchiness, burning and white coloring. The result came back at Follicular Keratosis. Anyone has any insight on this condition? Was only told it was benign. But, would that cause burning, itching, tearing skin of the labia and white skin? Thanks.
A yeast infection may present with abnormal vaginal discharge, pain with intercourse or urination, redness and swelling of the vulva, or vaginal and labial itching and burning. Pelvic examination and further evaluation may need to be done. Treatment will also depend on the underlying condition. Take care and do keep us posted.
My symptoms include a VERY itchy vulva, especially the vaginal opening, a highly sensitive and ticklish clitoris and the area around the clitoris is also very ticklish but itchy, burning and raw vulva (probably from scratching but nevertheless), painful inner labia, a very dry vulva and difficulty getting wet when sexually aroused, which is not only frustrating but sex is painful and I cannot do it. I do NOT have any discharge at all, or any funny smells.
So, I went to a dermatologist for all the burning, itching vulva skin; had a biopsy, which came back negative. The mid line between my labia minora and labia majora have been splitting and whenever it joins and heals, the skin gets thicker and white in color. Had a vulva colposcopy with vinegar and the skin was very white. The doctor decided to do biopsy of the whitish skin and the normal color skin.
Not 16 or 18 and they did not want to test further. What other tests can I do? What is causing my vulva, vagina and anus area itching and burning so badly everyday. My gyn said hpv doesn’t cause itching etc but online it says it is a symptom. I had some itching & burning down there in my vaginal and vulva area. I went to med express and they gave me a urinalysis test. The Dr. Said it seems to be a yeast infection with a possible UTI. They gave me Diflucan one day pill and Ciprofloxacin to take for 10 days. I have 5 days left on the meds. I feel that it's made it feel better but I still have a bit of itching, burning and irritation right around the vulva.
The extreme itching goes away and any pain feels good compared to itching to death.
I shaved with a dull razor and I had severe itching for about four days and then it became less itchy. My boyfriend and I do foreplay so he fingers or performs oral sex. The itching wasn't so bad so we engaged in the normal foreplay and after I used the bathroom and it burned and there was slight blood when I wiped. He said he was clean. Two weeks later I started having itching and pain in my vulva but the skin looked normal. The itching and pain occurred in multiple places but theses places were consistent. The itching and pain moved around between these spots L & R side. I got tested for the gamut of STIs and was treated for a yeast infection, bacterial infection and told to change to non irritating washing detergents as well as to use no soap. The symptoms persisted for 6 weeks despite treatment.
