Wow! This was me a few months ago. Daily morning vomiting, anxiety, lost nearly thirty pounds in a month. I went on Paxil and Klonopin and the vomiting stopped. Stomach issues were still there, but I stopped losing weight and vomiting. However, I think taking all the med on a distressed stomach may have injured it more. I now have unbearable stomach pain at night and nausea in the morning. I have been up four hours with the pain.

I have a 9 month old spayed lhaso apso that within the last 2 weeks has started vomiting yellow bile only during the sleeping at night hours or early in the a.m. She's extremely healthy with a good appetite and bowel movements. She's very energetic. I feed her Beneful by Purina. She does not throw up during the day. We recently took her to the beach in california and she ate some sand, could this cause the problem? She has all of her current vaccinations.

My dog has been vomiting in the morning about once or twice a week intermittently for a few weeks. She is 5, a mutt (my best guess is border collie and husky mix?) and otherwise seems fine. Before and after she vomits she doesn't seem to be bothered at all and is active and playful. He seems to mainly have abdominal pain in the morning when he is vomiting. If I push on his belly lightly he says it hurts mildly on the light side near the ribs, but not really anywhere else. There is not any shcool problems because we homeschool and he does well. We are actually on summer break. Take omeprazole (empty stomach in morning) and antacid gel and see if it helps. Liver and kidney dysfunction is another cause. Hence kidney and liver function tests should be done. Other causes are diabetes and hypothyroidism. Electrolyte imbalance too can cause nausea. IBS, gluten or lactose intolerance, parasites in gut too can be the cause. A stool test should be done for worms, giardiasis etc. Also if nothing is found then food challenge test to detect food intolerance should be done.

I came down with the virus on Tuesday and was vomiting profusely for hours and only just started feeling better this morning, minus a few aches. my 3 yr old shih tzu vomits yellow bile at times, i give him pepcid at times, i cook noodles with chicken,i make sure that he eats at night,but he still vomits in the morning, i feed him with Nutrish by rachel ray. the vet says that all bld works were all normal. they also ruled out pancretitis. the vet said that i shld try pumpkin to put in his kibbles, but he didn't like it, right now , i'm giving him pepcid everyday. is there any suggestions ?

How have you all handled morning sickness and how early did it start? I didn't get sick with my first pregnancy so I only know about crackers and ginger ale. Earlier I started to feel a little sick. Like I needed to vomit and kind of weak. I don't have any cash on me to go down to the canteen at work to get crackers. So I are some of my baby carrots and had some water. Then I took a nap on my 15 and I feel so much better. Odd but it worked for me.

Some of the throw-ups were just clear fluid, another was clear fluid with food, a few others had some yellow tinge, and there was another with a hairball. Obviously this amount of vomiting in a cat isn't normal, so I took him to the vet the following day (Tuesday). The vet thought maybe he had a blockage or got access to some lillies that were in the house.

Its been happening for like 5 years and in the last year or so my bowl movements have got very crazy. Its bright yellow its really not even alot of stool its mostly Bright yellow and like mucus it hurts my anus and gives me cramps, it burns really bad. i had my gal bladder removed but that doesnt seem to be the problem does anybody have any ideas or advice for me ? p.s i dont have medical insurance thats why i havnt been to the dr in quite some time .

Also have you been evaluated for gallbladder issues? All of those could in some individuals result in sulphur-like burping. If the vomiting produces a fair amount of yellow or yellow-green substance, it could be bile and it would reflect possible problems with the gallbladder.

Mostly it will be yellow bile first thing in the morning but it can happen any time of day usually brought on by smells of food cooking as your sense of smell and taste is greatly heightened when pregnant as a built in mecanism to protect your baby from harmful substances. If you don't get it you will be extremely lucky but if you do then it only usually last for the first four months.

For years my husband has been getting up in the morning and vomiting profusely but the only thing that comes up is clear, white or somtimes yellowish liquid. After he goes through that his stomach knots up and he feels drained, weak and just generallly bad. He has had a colonoscopy, upper GI, X-ray, CT scan and ultra sound. They did find he had H.Pylori when they did the upper GI and treated him for that.
