pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting, and around three in 10 women experience nausea without vomiting. Try and eat bland food, which is low in fat and try to take frequent small meals. If in the morning your symptoms are more pronounced, try to rest more during this phase and take liquids to tide over this phase.
