She has lost her confidence, is not able to study, is crying maximum times, every morning she cries and is vomiting out of stress. The vomiting of foam sounds like possible heart failure....or something is in her throat she can't get out which could be as simple as a hairball...or something as serious as ingesting something poisonous.
