I take vitamin b6 and doxylamine (otc
sleep aid) they help with the nausea and
vomiting. Also I take my prenatals before I go to
sleep bc they make me sick as well. They don't always stay down, but it works better than taking them mid day. Like the other ladies suggested, if your having trouble keeping anything down including fluids, you should go to the er to make sure you aren't dehydrated. I suggest sipping Gatorade or mineral water throughout the day. Sipping being the key word.
