i am pretty sure i am passing a kidney stone. i went to the toilet and almost immediately after going i felt a sharp pain in my left side. I got a ct scan last week, showing 3 in my left kidney and 2 in my right. i'm now passing little blood clots (no obvious blood in the urine), and what looks like tissue. could that be from the stone moving? i can't go to the hospital cause then it's a pre-existing condition and my insurance won't cover it...
So I'll be 38 wks tomorrow. I luckily somehow made it up to this point in my pregnancy without morning sickness or anything. Today I woke up with a terrible stomach ache. I started to vomit around 3 pm and it was full of blood. I can taste blood in my mouth. The stomach ache hasn't subsided but hasn't gotten worse either. Is this ob related or more medical? Should I go to the hospital? Has anyone else experienced this?
If you're vomiting up blood on any occasion, run not walk to your doctor or nearest health clinic. This may be an emergency! (or at least a sign of cancer)

The brighter red the blood is, the lower the bleed. If your were bleeding higher up, your stool would be very dark, black and/or tarry. Since you've been thoroughly checked out, I think the blood is coming from hemmorhoids. They tend to put blood "on" the stool, tissue or in the water. Having said this, I'm concerned that your GI hasn't explained all this to you, and I would opt for a second opinion anyway.

Ive had this problem for over 1 year now... It all started when I went out to a party with some friends. I drank too much at the party, and hadn't eaten much of anything all day and ended up getting very sick. I wound up spending probably an hour and a half throwing up in the toilet. I remember retching so hard while vomiting that I thought "I bet I'm going to burst a blood vessel in my eye" from straining so hard.
My husband 30 yr old white male was taken to hospital feeling dizzy, hot, pressure in head, vomiting. Got out of truck and fainted, lost control of bowel, and started shacking uncontrolably. Blood pressure was 50/38, pulse 32, potassium 2.2, low phosphate, glucose 160. he continued shacking, grunting, and slurring his words after he came to. They gave him dopamine, potassium, and insulin. He has never been diabetic. They only gave the insulin the one time. His levels are now back to normal.
All went well except I wound up with a blood clot in my upper arm. I have been on Coumadin now for about a week - started with Lovemox shots for 5 days plus 4mg Coumadin. Am now up to 8mg Coumadin and going on 10mg this evevivg. I am being extremely careful re: vitamin K but my pro-time is still only 1.4. I have been a vegan for over 35 years and took vitamin E and Red Yeast Rice every day.

We spent half the day in the hospital and after a urinalysis, bloodwork, and a pelvic exam, she was given all negative results. She's negative most notably for pregnancy and all STDs. Upon pelvic exam, she stated the pain was localized in the back part of her vaginal/uterine area and the bleeding further intensified upon inspection. I am passing solid stools now, there is no blood that I can see IN my stools, however, there is blood on the tissue after I pass the stool, not coming from my butthole or my vagina, clearly coming out as blood fluid from my rectum. I just got off antibiotics for a bacterial infection in my vagina, and I was not taking those properly, is it possible my infection could have spread to my rectum or colon area? when I whipped after using the bathroom I noticed a streak of blood on the tissue (from my vagina), I whipped again and another streak and a tinny blood clot type looking thing was on the tissue. Vomiting blood is never good. Pregnant or not. I'd call your doctor or go to the ER if I were you.
I just wanted to have an expert advice that one time blood while vomiting is a symptom of Cirhosis or any other severe disease. Or i am going through any serious illness or something else is happened to me.
In morning as well as in evening a pale yellow stool with some redishness is been passed in liquid state.
As i am very much worried and panaroid about this so would be looking out for the experts advice on my case that would could have resulted me to puke blood while vomitting.
