188508 tn?1210548106 That being said, I would say you are VERY low and supplementing should definitely be an option. In fact, I would go so far as to say that injectable B-12 would not hurt one bit. However, if you can not get your physician to agree to this, I would take a B-12 supplement called "B-12 Dots" it is by "Twin labs" and they are tiny pills that you put under your tongue and allow to dissolve, you put one under your tongue in the morning daily.
417564 tn?1287982827 It seems very common to get a cold/flu while detoxing/withdrawing - could this be because of the vitamin deficiency our bodies suffer from? Incorporating a strong vitamin program in with your detox helps to offset some of the more painful effects. It is in anyones best interest to research the Thomas recipe, and I believe it is Avisg journal that gives great info on proper dosage. (I need to check & make sure I am giving credit when it is due!
Avatar n tn I have B 12 injectable that is dated June 2008 that has been stored in a refrigerator lose it effectiveness?
417564 tn?1287982827 Some of you know that we ordered B 12 shots from Canada less than a week ago. We got 20 shots for $30. including s&h - It arrived today!! Wasn't that super quick? Anyway, we will let you know...if anyone wants any info just let me know.
939031 tn?1289956654 I have low B12 and low vitamin D3. Many people with MS have low B and D levels, but not everyone. Maybe it is a coincidence or there is some process going on that could account for it, but I haven't ever heard anyone say that for sure a low B12 or even D is an indication of MS. It is more likely due to gastrointestinal issues that many of us also have along with MS. How low B12 do you have?
Avatar n tn Rash all over your body may be due to some ingredient in the energy drink like sweetener, color or other exepients. Of the Vitamin B group only B3 and B6 are known to cause allergy, that too in injectable form. Orally rarely these cause allergic reactions. Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without an allergy panel test done to diagnose what substance is causing allergy. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Avatar m tn All your symptoms can be due to iron deficiency and associated Vitamin C or B deficiency. You must find the cause of your anemia. Do consult your physician regarding this. Iron tablets, capsules and syrups are freely available in the market. For people who cannot tolerate oral iron, injectable iron preparations are there. Here is a link for you to go through for a complete list of iron rich food. http://www.loveyourbaby.com/iron-rich-food-list.html Hope this helps.
689528 tn?1364135841 I haven't experienced morning sickness yet. (Fingers crossed I don't) At times I'll get like a hot spell and maybe feel a little nauseated but it never lasts longer than a minute. Anyway...was wondering if everyone takes extra vitamin B?! It's supposed to help and while TTC I started taking B50 complex and I am still continuing it. I think this may be why I don't feel sick.....LOL I'll keep ya updated though cuz I'll just be 5 weeks tomorrow!!
Avatar f tn s most likely Vitamin B12, she would probably need injections. Her Vitamin D and magnesium may need to be raised as well.
Avatar f tn What is the correct doses of injectable B-12 for age of 10 to 11 years old?
Avatar m tn in case of diseases like cancer which are cured with chemios which destroys immune system too antivirals are used before starting chemios but if you can avoid steroids it is much better see natural ways to boost your immune system like liposomal vitamin c or injectable vitamin c (normal vit c is not absorbed so it is useless), vitamin d3 5000-10000iu daily until serum levels get to 60-100ng/ml
Avatar m tn If you are taking the B-12 for energy it does work. I have methylcobalamin (the injectable B-12 without preservatives) prescribed for me by a holistic doctor. You can ask your doctor (if she/he is willing) to test your levels of Vit. B-12. If it is low, then you could ask for the RX. I had CFS and LYME and I used it to great advantage. I am still taking it now every 3 days as prescribed. Each person is different.
Avatar f tn I am a 49-year-old woman. After feeling sick, run down, generally unwell, with erratic moods and unexplained, random pain, I had a full physical seven months ago. The extensive blood labs showed my B12 levels were very low, but my iron profile was perfectly normal. I was also very deficient in Vitamin D, and I take a prescription supplement for that. The doctor put me on an oral B12 supplement and I take it daily, in addition to a combination B-vitamin supplement I've taken for a few years.
407029 tn?1253992623 Hi Kimmy, My NP @ GI's ofc. said injectable B-12 was best, I can't remember why. All I personally have heard about Milk Thistle was either it was good for HCV-ers or made no difference at all., ie., re: B-12, (no negative info.
178239 tn?1277405491 Oh Tina, I'm so excited that you're thinking of doing IVF!! I know it's not just about "deciding" to do it because there is such a huge cost involved that usually affects your decision. But I think you will do well with that. I really wish there was something you could do to make a cyst disappear, like maybe a special vitamin or food to dissolve it. I've been meaning to pick up some Omega 3 fish oil because I heard it can help reduce endo.
Avatar f tn I use to receive B-12 for anemia years ago. My b-12 was given to me by my doctor. I've never heard of this being over the net, or over the counter. I would think that it may be illegal due to the need of a needle. I would not trust any kind of drug with needles over the net. Plus you must know how to inject yourself. Give your doctor a call before you do anything.
Avatar f tn Sublingual (under the tongue) natural B-complex vitamins in capsules or liquids (also injectable) (Total B, Real Life Research, or www.vitaninshoppe.com) should be used instead of swallowed capsules. General vitamins plus extra C, E, CoQ-10, beta-carotene, folic acid, bioflavoids and biotin are best. L-cysteine, L-tyrosine, L-glutamine, L-carnitine, malic acid and especially flaxseed or fish oils and especially the lipid replacement supplement NTFactor (www.NTFactor.
382273 tn?1206529485 How much B 12 should you take?? The pills that I have are 250mcg. I was told to take these to improve on my lack of energy.
1627897 tn?1303253673 the cycle can be started artificially with the injectable medications. That way everything is timed precisely and the follicles can be retrieved when mature, but before they are ovulated. Good luck!
366581 tn?1207590159 Is vitamin B-50 o-kay to take when trying to conceive? I've been taking them and just thought (now) maybe its not a good thing to do. Is there something else I should be taking? I'm just taking them because normaly I feel tired and sluggish all day and these seem to keep lifted and not so tired feeling. I think I'm just in the winter woe's these days. Crabby, moody, and no sex drive. Its hard when trying to conceive and having NO sex drive lately.
