Avatar f tn I also take the Vita Fusion Prenatal Gummy Vitamins. I take 2 at night and I bought them at Walmart. These were recommended by my doctor. They actually are yummy too. Wish you the best and prayers for a healthy pregnancy. I never had a miscarriage but when I first found out I was pregnant this time, oh my gosh everytime I went to the bathroom or had a cramp I was sooo scared. If anyway possible just relax and don't worry to hard.
Avatar n tn try feeding him crackers and or a slice of bread , and try a banna if he isn't allergic then make sure he gets some vitamins . plenty of fluids will be important so he wont dehydrate but i would try the vita waters then if that dont work get him to the dr.

I simply did not feel like eating, so I listened to my body and I did not eat...I drank water, I did everything else right. As our counselor said...I am no doctor. Vitamins are very hard on your stomach...especially coming off methadone because you lack proper gut function. Nutrition is of equal importance.

Avatar n tn There is an otc prenatal made by seeking health that is supposed to be good but I am not sure. i take prescription neevo DHA. It is for sensitive tummies and for those that have MTHFR and need metholated folate. Prenatal vitamins are SO important so please don't stop taking them. Hope this info helps.

666357 tn?1225318814 You are more then likely feeling sluggish because you are not getting the proper nutrition. When you are not getting the proper nutrition you get sick more easily. I would suggest going to see your physician. They will be able to assist you with what you need to do next. It does sound like you might have an eating disorder. I would also suggest talking to your doctor about making sure you do not have mono. I know when I had mono I did not have an appetite. Please go and see a doctor.
