I take the Vita Fusion prenatal gummis and you take two a day. Usually with gummis they don't put anything possibly toxic such as iron or high amounts of vitamin A because they know they will apeeal to children. As for the other stuff if you take an extra vitamin you'll just end up peeing it all out. Your body can only absorb so much.

Does anyone know if there's such a thing as pre natal vitamins in gummy form?? I know it sounds silly, but I have a hard time swallowing pills.
